* Now you can learn some of the techniques and lessons offered in the Burlesquercise classes even if there are no classes in your area. Follow along as Bombshell Betty and real Burlesquercise students take you through lessons on the essentials you need to know to get started in burlesque, shimmy and shake your way into better physical fitness, feel better about your body, and enjoy a fun, sexy new hobby!

How to use these videos:
* If you already own the Bombshell Betty "Intro to Burlesquercise" DVD, you can mix and match video clips to create your own customized Burlesquercise classes: Start with the Bump-and-Grind Warmup or other warmup, follow this up with Pinup Floorwork or another Burlesquercise workout, and then pick a burlesque technique to work on. Or just pick the techniques you want to work on, and go for it!
* Practice, practice, practice! Watch each new video once a day for a week, on its own or with other video clips, practicing along with Bombshell Betty and the Burlesquercisers, and you will be surprised how quickly you will pick up new techniques! It's better to practice more often for a shorter period of time than to try to cram in a week's worth of practicing in one day.
* Invite a couple friends over and have a Burlesquercise Party to get a start on the techniques presented in these fun clips! You can support each other and have more fun with friends!
