By registering for the Event at any of our locations, you (the "Attendee") signify your acceptance of and obligation to these terms and conditions. If you have objections to the following Terms and Conditions, you should not register for or attend the Event.

Attendee Conduct

Promoter requires all Attendees to be respectful and professional to our staff, location hosts, instructors, and other attendees throughout the Event. Promoter reserves the right to ask Attendee and/or their guests to leave the venue immediately should they be deemed rude, uncooperative, unprofessional, excessively intoxicated or in possession of any illegal substance. In such case, the Attendee's tuition/fees for the Event will not be reimbursed under any circumstances and they will not receive any future products, services or correspondence from Promoter. 

Liability Waiver

While we take every possible measure to ensure Attendee safety at the Event, we cannot control everything. For this reason, Attendee is legally responsible for their safety and behavior and agrees to, and is held legally liable to, the following statements:

I, the willing Attendee of the Event, hereby accept all risk to my health and of my injury or death that may result from participating in the Event and I hereby release Promoter, Bombshell Betty, and their officers, employees, interns, contractors, sponsors and representatives from any and all liability to me, my personal representatives, estate, heirs, next of kin, and assigns for any and all claims and causes of action for loss of or damage to my property and for any and all illness or injury to my person, including my death, that may result from or occur during my participation at the Event, whether caused by negligence of the Promoter, its officers, employees, or representatives, or otherwise.  I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Promoter, Bombshell Betty and any third-party company from liability for the injury or death of any person(s) and damage to property that may result from my negligent or intentional act or omission while attending and participating in the Event. Under no circumstances will Promoter or Bombshell Betty or their assigns be held liable for my injury or death or any loss or damage of my personal belongings resulting from my participation in the Event. Should I require emergency medical treatment as a result of accident or illness arising during my attendance and participation in the Event, I consent to such treatment. I acknowledge and I agree to be financially responsible for any medical or legal bills that may be incurred as a result of emergency medical treatment. I will notify Promoter verbally and in writing if I am at any time injured prior to, during, or after the Event in my travels or attendance, or if I have medical conditions about which emergency medical personnel should be informed; however, I understand that Promoter is not legally obligated to act on that information in any way or to providing any medical service whatsoever to me. I agree that if I have any medical or psychological conditions that may hamper me from fully and healthfully participating in the Event that I will notify the Promoter and that the Promoter retains the right to ask that I not participate in portions of or the entirety of the Event.

Liability Disclaimer: No Professional Advice

The information contained in or made available by the Promoter, Bombshell Betty, or any third-party through the Event or their websites or services cannot replace or substitute for the services of trained professionals in any field, including, but not limited to, mental, financial, medical, psychological, or legal fields. Promoter does not offer any professional personal, medical, financial or legal advice and none of the information contained in the Event should be confused as such advice. Neither Promoter, Bombshell Betty nor their assigns, sponsors, instructors, partners, contractors or any of their affiliates will be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages to the Attendee or the Attendee's business, including economic loss, that may result from participation in the Event or from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials, information, or strategies communicated through the Event or any products or services provided pursuant to the Event, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, will Promoter or Bombshell BEtty be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from Attendee's participation in the Event. To be clear: You, the Attendee, alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and by your participation in our Event, you agree not to attempt to hold us, the Promoter or Bombshell Betty, liable for any decisions, actions or results that you make or experience in business or in life due to your participation in this Event at any time, under any circumstance.

Confidentiality and Non-Compete

Attendee hereby understands that the tools, processes, strategies, materials and information presented in the Event are confidential, copyrighted, and proprietary to the Promoter and agrees not to record, duplicate, distribute, teach or train from the Event materials in any manner whatsoever without the express written permission of Promoter. Any unauthorized use or distribution of these proprietary concepts, materials, and intellectual property by you or your representatives is prohibited and Promoter will pursue legal action and full damages if these terms are violated in order to protect its rights.

Adult Content

During our Event, we will discuss several adult topics including but not limited to burlesque striptease, human sexuality, and personal and professional growth. We will also occasionally use adult or profane language to emphasize a point or connect with or surprise the audience. Participants who are uncomfortable with such topics or language should not attend the Event. All Bombshell Betty Events are intended for persons 18+ ONLY.

Cancellation, Transfer and Refund Policy

Bombshell Betty maintains that it is the responsibility of the registrant to determine whether they will be able to attend all the classes in the session or workshop they are enrolling in at the time of registration. There will be no refund or prorate for unattended classes.

Registrations for classes in San Francisco, CA may be cancelled up to seven (7) days prior to the first day of the session or workshop OR before registration is closed (class is full), whichever happens first, to receive a gift certificate for the full registration amount. Registrations for classes outside of the San Francisco Bay Area are final, and no gift certificates will be given for cancelled registrations. If you are unable to attend the Event you registered for, you may contact Bombshell Betty to transfer the registration to another party until the start of the Event. 

If for some reason a cancellation must be made by Bombshell Betty, you will be issued either a credit toward registration in future classes OR a refund for the cancelled class/session.

For orders of all tangible items

All sales final. Exchanges accepted for identical item in case of defect. Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping unless shipping date is otherwise noted.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash. Discounted gift certificates are not valid for use with any other discount. If your coupon code starts with "HWS", your gift certificate is a discounted gift certificate.

We've taken every effort to ensure we accurately represent our Event and it's potential to help you grow your performance career. However, there is no guarantee that you will earn any money using the techniques you learn at the Event, and we do not purport this as a "get rich scheme." Nothing on our websites or at our Event is a promise or guarantee of earnings. Your level of success in attaining similar results discussed is dependent upon a number of factors including your skill, knowledge, ability, dedication, business savvy, network, and financial situation. Because these factors differ according to individuals, we cannot guarantee your success, income level, or ability to earn revenue. You alone are responsible for your actions and results in life and business. Lost or Stolen Items

Bombshell Betty assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen items at any Bombshell Betty Event. Please do not bring items to any Event which have high sentimental or monetary value or which you will otherwise be unable to replace. If found, every reasonable effort will be made to return items left behind. You will be required to pay for shipping if it is needed.

Review and Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.  If a dispute arises under this Policy we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the following location: California. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us.

If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration at the following location: California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.

If any of these Terms of use are found unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be considered severable from the remaining terms of use, and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. This statement and the policies outlined herein are not intended to and do not create any contractual or other legal rights in or on behalf of any party.
